Before use store cold (2-7°C) and in the dark. Don't expose to sunlight (UV).

A Culture Ampoule is to be used with a sterile seringe to inocculate a sterile substrate. Hygiene is of the essence here, so use alcohol to clean your hands and the ampule first. Loosen the top of the Culture Ampoule just a pinch first, to avoid vacuum problems. 

Pierce the rubber seal with the clean needle and fill it up. Proceed to inoculate your fresh substrate. Spraying alcohol around in your work area beforehand or having a filtered air system will reduce the chances of contamination. The culture will start growing in your substrate and after a few days the mycelium will start to appear.

The Ecuadorian strain originates from the Andes in central Ecuador at more than 1Km altitude in rough conditions making it the most resilient mushroom giving it an advantage in cultivation. Ritual usage dating back to 3000 BC is documented on pre-Columbian Mesoamerican mushroom stones making it one of the oldest known ritual mushrooms.
To this day, local shamans and healers in the highlands still use the Ecuadorian cubensis in ceremonies.
