Grow you own Psilocybe Amplus mushrooms with this B+ liquid spore culture ampoule.
Before use store cold (2-7°C) and in the dark. Don't expose to sunlight (UV).
A Culture Ampoule is to be used with a sterile seringe to inocculate a sterile substrate. Hygiene is of the essence here, so use alcohol to clean your hands and the ampule first. Loosen the top of the Culture Ampoule just a pinch first, to avoid vacuum problems.
Pierce the rubber seal with the clean needle and fill it up. Proceed to inoculate your fresh substrate. Spraying alcohol around in your work area beforehand or having a filtered air system will reduce the chances of contamination. The culture will start growing in your substrate and after a few days the mycelium will start to appear.
The B+ known as Psilocybe Azurescens, Psilocybe Amplus, a Psilocybe cubensis hybrid is the most popular of the Psilocybe cubensis strains available. It grows large B+ mushrooms that have a beautiful dark red to golden brown color. The B+ traces will germinate quickly. Ideal for multiple traces and will even grow under less optimal conditions.
Just like the Treasure Coast strain, it also handles the outdoor quite well and it might me interesting to see happens to your garden if you leave the exhausted mushroom cake resting in a dark spot.
